Christmas tree repair service is reserved for Customers who have purchased their trees from St. Nicks only.
St. Nicks does not repair Balsam Hill trees. We do, however, have an outstanding selection of high quality Christmas trees to purchase
Before any Christmas tree repair service work can begin, the owner must present proof of purchase. We will verify the purchase date in our database.
Please note: If your tree is older than 10 seasons, we are unable to perform repairs.

Repairs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee a specific date or time. Your name will be added to the bottom of the list when your request is received.
Please be patient. The amount of time before you are contacted will depend on how many customers are ahead of you.
Our repair department accepts trees from June 1 through December 15 only.

Protect Your Tree
Always plug all power connections into a multi-outlet power box with surge protection.
Light bulbs are not covered under warranty. Light strands may be covered.
Replace bulbs when they burn out or fall out. Taking your tree down and setting it up season after season can affect the bulbs.
If you have lights out, please check the following first:
- Are all light sets plugged in?
- Are any bulbs missing?
- Are any bulbs loose?
*Service is available for warrantied and non-warrantied trees within 10 seasons of use.

Diagnosis: Free
Light Bulb Replacement
No replacement work will begin without authorization of the estimate.
Light bulbs are never covered under warranty.
The first 10 bulbs are free. Additional bulbs are 75¢ each.
Light Strand Repairs
Unless covered by warranty, no repair work will begin without authorization of the estimate.
Supplies plus labor: $25.00 per hour
Tree Construction Repairs
Unless covered by warranty, no repair work will begin without authorization of the estimate.

St. Nick’s does not manufacture trees. We are happy to provide the tree manufacturer’s contact information if we are unable to adequately repair your tree.
After Repairs
Trees not picked up within 72 hours of notification that service is complete are subject to a $10.00 / per-day storage fee.
St. Nick’s reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
