Return Policy ONLINE shop Return Policy: 

(Applies to ALL ONLINE Purchases ONLY)  Contact the store to receive authorization before sending any items back .  Refunds will NOT be issued without prior authorization.

Full refund, credit or exchange. Returns may be made within 30 DAYS of original invoice date.  NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.  Due to our seasonal business we cannot accept returns after December 25th.  Products must be in original packaging.  Sale items,  personalized stockings and personalized ornaments may not be returned unless defective.

Shipping Damage or Shortage:
In the event your order arrives with visible damage, document damage with delivering carrier. Report any shortages to St. Nicks within 5 business days of receipt.

Tree Returns:

All trees are warranted by the manufacturer . Please contact them with any defects or damage.  Be sure to fill out your warranty card and send it in so that your warranty is properly recorded with the corresponding tree manufacturer. For simple lighting repair and setup questions please E-Mail St.Nicks at . If you have opened your tree box and want to return it, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee as we can’t sell an open tree box.

Return Instructions: 

1.  Carefully package item in its original packaging.

2.   Send package to St. Nicks Attn: Internet Sales 5221 S Santa Fe. Dr. Littleton, CO 80120

3.   We will not pay for your return label unless item was defective or broken upon receiving.

4.   Place a copy of your receipt in the box

5.    We will refund your credit card upon inspection of the item.

To Ensure a Full Credit:

Do not mark on the original packaging

Enclose a copy of your receipt

Return in original packaging

Your account will be credited after receiving and inspection of the merchandise. We are sorry we can not offer credit for shipping cost if your order reached you in good condition.

St Nicks In-Store Return Policy:

In-store purchase returns are different than our online policy. If you purchase your items in store, you have 30 days to return your product with a receipt for in-store credit or exchange ONLY. Due to our seasonal business we cannot accept returns after December 25th.  Products must be in original packaging.  Sale items,  personalized stockings and personalized ornaments may not be returned unless defective.

Limited Warranty and Responsibility: 

St.Nicks warrants our products for 30 days with proof of purchase. (St.Nicks  shall have no liability whatsoever in any event for payment or incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitations, installation costs and damages for personal injury and or property.) Certain products may represent shock or fire hazard if improperly installed or altered in any way. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly installed in accordance with current local codes and/or the National Electric Code.

    We purchased a Bavarian Slim, 7.5 foot tall Christmas tree this year. I am wondering where I need to register my tree’s warranty on line. I have no registration card to mail in. Can someone email me and let me know. I have all receipts that were given to me at the time of purchase. Thank you. Jeri

      Jeri, to register your tree you will go to the manufacturers website. In your case that would be regency international.
