Kensington Palace Pre-Loved Dickens’ Village.  From Queen Victoria to Princess Diana, Kensington Palace tells a tale of time honored tradition and royalty.  The majestic ties to this palace date back to 1869 when William III purchased the mansion know as Nottingham house.

Introduced during a gala event at the International Collectible Expo in Rosemont Illinois, on June 27 1998.  Following the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, in 1997; a portion of the proceeds were give to Ronald McDonald Houses to honor Diana’s work on behalf of children.  The palace has been residence to numerous monarchs and members of the British royal family since 1689.

  • Early boxes read Princess of Whales on the side stickers that read princess of Wales were issued to dealers; boxes may or may not have them.
