• This is made of a real leaf and there could be small variations in size, color and shape in the ornament.  This ornament contains a real leaf that has been hand-picked, sized and prepared for a delicate process.  Some leaves are made solid and some are filigreed to keep their natural veins visible.  They are then individually coated with copper to preserve them. They are then individually coated with copper to preserve them. Each leaf is then dipped in precious metals such as 24k gold, silver or iridescent copper.  Some are lacquered and trimmed in gold or silver.
